Wow that's one scary looking Joker. Even with the large bounty I think if I were to see him I'd just hide and call 111! I especially liked your description of this notorious criminal and his rather disturbing idea of entertainment. It's interesting to note that wanted posters are still commonly used in America and other parts of the world to help catch real criminals, they have even embraced modern technology, using electronic billboards to display them in public places.
